Freight, Demurrage and Defence

Cargo Transportation

Piracy Kidnap and Ransom

Builder’s Risks

Loss of Hire
It covers the potential profit (freight or hire) losses caused by certain accidents happened on the vessel. Mortgagee’s Interest Insurance
When the Hull and Machinery insurer of the vessel refuse to compensate losses caused by the misconduct of the mortgagor, the mortgagees would thereof suffer losses.
